2)  If you find it you can use it. If you open it, close it. If you turn it on, turn it off.  If something breaks or doesn’t work, let us know and we will take care of it! If something is not working, please let us know so we can advise on what to do. Dave’s cell number: 772-979-3355.

 

3) Before starting a fire, be sure the flue is raised (trust us, the smoke detectors are LOUD!). Please ensure that the gas starter is turned OFF after starting the fire. Outdoor fires….small and watch out for wind! Charcoal is always ok, but wood fires need careful attention as the woods can be a tinderbox and winds come up suddenly. 

 

4) Be aware that cell phone service is minimal. Verizon works well and AT&T is okay, otherwise, good luck, and remember, we warned you this is rustic!  

 

5) Leave the cabin at least as clean as you found it. Strip all bedding on your morning out and leave on top of washer; Wet towels can be left hanging over the shower rod.

 

6) Please plan to bring your own groceries but feel free to help yourself to any foods in the fridge or pantry (check the dates). 😊 Enjoy the books, puzzles and games on the bookshelf. Feel free to add to the collection.
